The Gargalo Winery presents its new line of liqueurs, based on local traditional flavours with an intense aromatic expression and velvet tastes.
Four new varieties are now available:
1. Galician Eau-de-vie. Galician traditional brandy. Tipical after-lunch/dinner drink, always present during Galician celebrations. Clear, bright, medium aromatic intensity with citrus hints.
2. Herbal Liqueur. Made from Galician Brandy. Greenish-yellow and bright colour. Its delicate bouquet results from the floral notes and herbs used during the soaking process, such as mint, rosemary, camomile…, and species of cinnamon and clove. Balanced flavour with a light balsamic touch and fresh sharpness.
3. Coffee Liqueur. Produced from Galician Brandy with soaked Colombian coffee. Intense and bright colour. Its roasted coffee aromas evoke toffee to finish with sensations of sweetness mixed with bitter notes in the mouth. A complex liqueur with a long and persistent aftertaste.
4. Cream Liqueur. Made from fresh cream from Galician milk. A liqueur with a balanced personality, a perfect after-dinner digestif.
